The Focal 300 ICW 8″ are designed to deliver the most faithful sound reproduction, whether used for stereo home use or a home cinema system.
They are unobtrusive loudspeakers and have a perfect fit on walls and ceilings.
The 2-way coaxial speaker consists of an 8″ (21cm) Flax woofer and an inverted aluminum and magnesium alloy tweeter. The 8″ woofer features Flax’s proprietary technology, which competes with the two-way W loudspeakers used in the Utopia, Sopra and Electra series.
Rigid and very lightweight these special loudspeakers produce natural sound of high precision.
The tweeter is adjustable and rotatable, so that the treble can be adjusted according to the acoustics of the room. The 300 ICW 8 wall or ceiling speaker is the largest model in the 300 series. Its high sensitivity makes it capable of reproducing a dynamic sound up to 90dB.
