The In Vita 3 is a compromise only in size, but the ideal solution for those who can’t accommodate a floor speaker. It is also equipped with a 170 mm bass-midrange driver made from Heco’s famous “kraft paper” long-fibre, which combines low weight with high stability. In the bass range, this extends to an impressive 30 Hz; upwards, the Fluktus tweeter with its silk composite material is also capable of reproducing frequencies up to 43 kHz. The In Vita 3 can of course also be combined with an active subwoofer.
Thanks to its 170 mm bass-midrange driver, the In Vita’s robust MDF cabinet is also just 205 mm wide and offers perfect proportions with a height of 377 mm. The baffle and top are finished in glossy black or white lacquer, the side panels are given the corresponding cabinet colour in a matt variant. Despite the compact dimensions, each In Vita 3 weighs 9.1 kilograms, another indication of the high build quality.
Details such as the flow-optimized bass reflex tubes on both sides demonstrate the attention to detail, and the crossover equipped with higher-quality components allows for a switchable tweeter + 2 dB setting. The connection terminal is prepared for dual wiring and dual amplification and thus allows for a variety of hi-fi mode options.
