The use of 4.4 mm Balanced outputs is becoming more and more common, and not just in iFi products. Tired of not being able to use your favorite 3.5 mm headphones with a tip with devices that have a balanced 4.4 mm output? Well, now you can. The dedicated 4.4 to 3.5mm headphone adapter allows you to do this with ease.

Take note: negative balanced signals are not connected to the ground of the adapter, allowing you to convert a 3.5mm headphone jack for use with a 4.4mm balanced output without risk of damage to the amplifier. This adapter does not convert a single-ended jack to a balanced jack – the connection remains simple.

The Pro iDSD Signature uses a quad-stack DAC – 4 x DACs in a cross-configuration – to deliver exceptional resolution.
The powerful XMOS XU216 X-Core 200 series chipset processes incoming digital data and enables the Pro iDSD Signature to provide
state-of-the-art audio support – from MP3, 32-bit/768kHz PCM, DSD512, 2xDXD and full MQA decoding.
Thanks to the Crysopeia FPGA digital engine, the Pro iDSD Signature brings studio-quality DSD remastering to a wider audience.
It can convert PCM and DSD files to DSD512 and DSD1024.
And it’s all controlled by an app in the palm of your hand.
E-tailoring
The Pro iDSD Signature, like its predecessor, drives audio tailoring to the extremes.
Listen to your music in your choice of solid-state, tube or tube+ modes, all at the flick of a switch.
The Crysopeia FPGA digital engine strikes again as it allows the Pro iDSD
Signature to offer many options when it comes to digital
filtering. The GTO filter adds weight and a new dimension, and while the Bit Perfect, Bit Perfect+, Apodising and Transient Aligned
filters give you even more options to modify the sound.
The discrete, fully balanced Class A amplifier stage offers adjustable gain.
