Shipping Costs: The cost and responsibility of returning the product are entirely borne by you. If the product has already been dispatched by us or you refuse to accept delivery, the courier shipping costs will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
Product Condition: Due to the nature of high-end equipment, the device must be returned in its original factory packaging (mint condition) without any damage. Otherwise, a legally permitted deduction will be applied due to depreciation in value.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made / made-to-order products and unsealed in-ear headphones.
