The AT-LPW50PB is a fully manual belt turntable designed to give you optimal high-fidelity sound reproduction from vinyl. It features a 30mm thick MDF plinth with a high-gloss ‘piano’ black finish, which reduces low-frequency acoustic feedback, and a sensor-monitored motor to ensure accurate platter rotation speeds of 33-1/3 and 45rpm. l. The turntable features a straight matte-finish carbon fiber arm with adjustable tracking force and a ½” general-base AT-HS4 head shell with a black AT-VM95E dual-drive phono cartridge. Audio-Technica has been a leader in cartridge phono design for over 50 years, and that expertise is evident in the versatile, high-performance cartridge AT-VM95E, which comes with a 0.3 x 0.7 mil elliptical stylus, but is also compatible with any replacement stylus in the VM95 series, offering a wide variety of options for every budget and application.
The AT-LPW50PB is equipped with a built-in selectable phono preamplifier and a detachable dual RCA output cable for direct connection to components with or without a dedicated phono input.
