Following in the footsteps of the multi-award winning RCD-M40, the new RCD-M41 features improved sound, style and capabilities. The newly-designed discrete analog amplifier circuit shortens signal paths for greater clarity and dynamics, while the new Bluetooth connectivity application combines ease of use with a mute switch to reduce influence on the sound of other sources when not in use. Meanwhile the new cosmetic design echoes that of Denon’s flagship ‘NE’ range of standalone devices. The RCD-M41 also has two digital optical inputs for connecting a TV, set-top box or other digital equipment that deserves improved sound quality, and has a built-in CD plus FM radio. Add the SC-M41 speakers and you have the complete D-M41 system for the best possible HiFi sound quality.
High output power with newly designed fully discrete analog amplifier circuit
Denon engineers have completely overhauled the design, from configuration and convenience to audio circuitry, for even better performance and value. The new amplifier circuit provides 2x30W of power, so the RCD-M41 has more than enough power to drive either the matching SC-M41 speakers or other popular options (the CD radio amplifier can be purchased separately), and there’s also a dedicated headphone amplifier section for a personal hearing.
Simple & Straight circuit design for sound clarity
Denon’s popular M-Series offers you high sound quality based on the “simple & straight” philosophy. The circuits are not complicated, the signal paths are short and all the unwanted influences on the sound quality have been minimized. The circuit design and the way the chassis is built ensure that the sound you hear is completely faithful to the original performance.
Triple Noise Reduction Design (T.N.R.D.) to maintain signal clarity
In an audio device, where various circuits, boards and wiring can affect each other, it is not possible to have satisfactory technical characteristics or sound, simply by strengthening the final amplification circuit. For this reason, Denon has eliminated three sources of noise, to ensure that the sound is as clear as possible. Distortion from the input selector, electronic volume control and power amplifier has been eliminated to improve the signal-to-noise ratio and produce an even smoother, more immersive sound.
Bluetooth for direct wireless streaming from smartphones and tablets
Bluetooth is integrated to allow instant wireless connectivity with smartphones, tablets and computers, as part of a package of input options designed for total flexibility. The Bluetooth circuitry was designed complete with an on/off selector switch, offering a serviceable wireless connection when required, plus enhanced sound from other sources such as CD, FM or digital input when not in use.
